The Service is provided for business use only.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for:

  • All activity under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Customer Communications & Legal Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for informing your customers that calls or messages may be handled by AI
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent for call recording or message processing
  • You must comply with all applicable telecommunication, privacy, and consumer protection laws

We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance for your specific jurisdiction.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, transcriptions, and automated actions.

AI outputs:

  • May not be accurate, complete, or error-free
  • Should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice

You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs where appropriate.

6. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plans are described on our website or checkout page.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
