To provide AI-powered call and message handling, the Service may process:

  • Call metadata (date, duration, caller number)
  • Call recordings (when enabled by the business)
  • Call transcriptions generated by AI
  • SMS, WhatsApp, and messaging content
  • Appointment details (date, time, service, customer name)

Businesses using AloGenie are responsible for informing their customers of call recording or AI interaction where required by law.

  • Browser and operating system data
  • System logs, diagnostics, and analytics

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the AloGenie Service
  • Handle calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Generate AI-based responses and transcriptions
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and security
  • Provide customer support and service updates

3. AI & Automated Processing

AloGenie uses artificial intelligence to automate call handling, messaging, transcription, and appointment management. AI-generated outputs are intended to assist businesses and are not a substitute for professional or legal advice.

We do not use customer conversation data to train public or shared AI models.


4. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure, including:

  • Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB
  • Microsoft Azure Blob Storage

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • Restricted access controls
  • Monitoring and logging

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.


5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate AloGenie, including:

  • Telecommunication providers (e.g., Twilio)
  • Messaging platforms (e.g., Meta / WhatsApp Business APIs)
  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
